WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Just days after the Democratic National Committee's 50 State Strategy helped secure historic victories for Democratic candidates across the country, DNC Chairman Howard Dean will address the Fall Meeting of the Association of State Democratic Chairs in Jackson Hole, Wyoming on Friday, November 17.
